Recently had trouble with our boiler acting erratically. I found Graystones’ contact info on the equipment manufacturer’s “find a dealer” page, and cold-called them hoping they might be able to help. It turned out to be a GREAT experience. Sarah, the lady I spoke to on the phone was delightful and concerned, as it was February. She later called back, saying Bill could squeeze us in and be out that day to have a look. Once he arrived, since he had the needed part on the truck, it was maybe an hour before we were back up and running and enjoying heat and hot water again. A total of SIX HOURS from when I called, beginning to end, for a brand new customer. If you’ve ever heard of better service, I’d be amazed.

Our last plumber told us our (9 year old) boiler was cooked and that it would a cost exorbitant amount of money to replace. We called around for second opinions and Bill was over the very next day. He worked for hours on a Saturday so that my family could have heat & hot water as the temperature was dropping. It was truly above and beyond, and saved us THOUSANDS!

Bill is very professional. Knows his stuff. Second time he’s been at our house. Very reasonable pricing. Down to earth man. I recommend this company. Hard to find good people like Bill, nowadays.

For the last five or so years Bill has had to keep my Italian-built LPG boiler running. That piece of junk had more negatives than imaginable. If anything could fail, it did and Bill’s predecessor spent most of my time and my cash finding few real solutions. Through some quirk of fate, Bill came in and got things running with instant positive results. He has kept the beast alive until its recent final crash. With no parts available (main PC board), we chose to replace it with a new Viessmann boiler that Bill and his crew installed immediately. If there is someone out there who is better than Bill, let me know. I may be able to wrangle a Knighthood.

Bill has been so helpful over the years with numerous plumbing issues. He is work is stellar! Installed a furnace, a water heater, maintenance for said items, fixed a sink, and installed plumbing for a whole bathroom, he’s my go-to guy for plumbing.
